Section 2(4)(d) in The Maharashtra Electricity Consumption of Electrical Energy (Restriction) Order, 1974

(d)"essential consumers" means the consumers specified in Schedule 'A' hereto annexed and such other consumers as the State Government may by an order in writing declare from time to time to be essential consumers;
