Section 2(s) in The Central Government General Pool Residential Accommodation Rules, 2017
(s)"misuse" "residential accommodation" , in relation to an allotment, means an accommodation or a servant quarter or a garage being used by allottee himself or by his family members or immediate relations staying with him for the purpose other than the purposes provided under these rules;
