Section 16(2) in The U.P. Dental Surgeons Service Rules, 1979
(2)The Secretary shall prepare an eligibility list of candidates, arranged in order of seniority , and place it before the Selection Committee along with their character rolls and such other records pertaining to them as may be considered proper.
