10. Withdrawal of staff and establishment and prohibition to issue spirits.
- In case a licensee ceases issuing foreign liquor for a period exceeding one month, the Excise Commissioner may withdraw the establishment stationed at the warehouse and may prohibit all further issues of spirits until the licensee has given him fifteen days' notice in writing of the date on which he proposes to recommence the issue of spirits.
