Section 35(1)(i) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Promotion of Generation from the Renewable Energy Sources and Terms and Conditions for Tariff Determination) Regulations, 2017

(i)the normative annual capacity utilisation factor (CUF) for all the small hydro projects upto 25 MW shall be 55%. The number of hours in a year for calculations of CUF shall be 8766;
