21. Report on the general character of answer-books.
- Every examiner, when sending the last instalment of awards shall submit a report about the general quality of the answer-books examined by him on the printed form. He may propose any change in the syllabus of the examination, he thinks desirable or offer any suggestion regarding the methods of teaching of the subject in question.Note. - The examiner should give concrete and constructive suggestions and not vague surmises.
