Section 91(1) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(1)The arrangements shall be made by the Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer concerned at the expenses of the lessee or licencee for survey and demarcation of the area granted under lease or licence and the survey of the area may be conducted using Global Positioning System or Differential Global Positioning System.
