91. Survey and demarcation.
(1)The arrangements shall be made by the Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer concerned at the expenses of the lessee or licencee for survey and demarcation of the area granted under lease or licence and the survey of the area may be conducted using Global Positioning System or Differential Global Positioning System.(2)Fee for demarcation shall be rupees one thousand and five hundred per hectare or part thereof subject to maximum of rupees fifty thousand:Provided that demarcation fee for re-verification of boundary pillars shall be two times of the amount mentioned above.
