Section 27 in Sikkim Agricultural Land Ceiling and Reforms Act, 1977
27. Commencement and overriding effect.
(1)The provisions of this Chapter shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification appoint.(2)The provisions of this Chapter shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere in this Act.
