9. Officers of University.
- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:-(1)The Vice-Chancellor;(1A)[ The Pro-Vice-Chancellor] [This clause was inserted by Maharashtra 12 of 2003, section 4, (w.e.f. 9-4-2003).](2)The Directors;(2A)[ The Controller of Examinations] [This clause was inserted by Maharashtra 12 of 2003, section 4, (w.e.f. 9-4-2003).](3)The Registrars;(4)The Finance Officers; and(5)Such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
