Section 10(6)(b) in Powerloom Registration Funds Rules, 1992

(b)The Secretary to Government, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi Department shall be the Chairman of the Board. The Commissioner of Handlooms and Textiles shall be the Member-Secretary and Treasurer of the Board.
