Section 10 in The Orissa Pharmacists (Special Examination) Rules, 1962

After the results of the special examination are completed the President shall issue to successful candidates pass certificate in Form III. He shall advise them to apply to the Orissa Pharmacy Council for registration immediately with the requisite fee explaining the dangers the delay may involve.
