Section 4(iv) in Sangai International University Manipur Act, 2014
(iv)to establish a campus in the State of Manipur and to have study centers, campuses, examination centers, off-campus centers, off-shore campuses and Regional centers, Community Colleges, Constituent Colleges, Information and Counselling centers at different places in India and abroad, subject to University Grants Commission (UGC) norms as may be applicable from time to time;
