(1)The Municipality may, for sufficient reasons--(a)prohibit vehicular traffic or certain type of vehicular traffic in any public street or any portion thereof.(b)prohibit, at all times or during any particular hours, entry from or exit to premises of vehicular traffic from any particular public street.
