Section 25(a) in Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 1976
(a)In respect of aided college (Non-minority), the management is authorised to fill up students upto ten per cent as management quota The remaining ninety per cent quota shall be filled up following the reservation as specified in section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of seats in Educational Institutions and of appointments or posts in the Services under the State) Act, 1993 (Tamil Nadu Act 45 of 1994).
