- Any member of a [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] may draw the attention of the Chairperson or Chief Executive Officer of the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] to any neglect in the execution of [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] work to any waste of Parishad property or to the needs of any locality and may suggest any improvement which may appear desirable.
