Section 50 in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
50. Transmission of ballot boxes etc. to the returning officer.
(1)The presiding officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the returning officer at such place as the returning officer may direct:-(i)the ballot boxes,(ii)the ballot paper account,(iii)the sealed packets under rule 48, and(iv)all other papers used at the poll.(2)The returning officer shall make adequate arrangements for the safe transport of all the ballot boxes, packets and other papers and for their sale custody until the conclusion of the counting of votes.
