Section 50(1) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
(1)The presiding officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the returning officer at such place as the returning officer may direct:-(i)the ballot boxes,(ii)the ballot paper account,(iii)the sealed packets under rule 48, and(iv)all other papers used at the poll.
