Section 5(a) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(a)Through Examination: The candidate who possess the qualification for appearing in the examination as mentioned in column 2 of Schedule-III and have passed the examination of Wiremen, conducted by the Technical Committee or body/institution appointed by Government shall be granted a Wiremen's certificate of competency (WCC) to work; or
