5. Wireman's Certificate of Competency to work and Permit to work as Wireman, Eligibility Condition.
- Wiremen's Certificate of Competency (WCC) to work or Permit to work as Wireman shall be granted to the candidates by the following mode: -(a)Through Examination: The candidate who possess the qualification for appearing in the examination as mentioned in column 2 of Schedule-III and have passed the examination of Wiremen, conducted by the Technical Committee or body/institution appointed by Government shall be granted a Wiremen's certificate of competency (WCC) to work; or(b)Without Examination: The candidate who possess the qualification and experience as mentioned in column 3 of the Schedule-III shall be granted a permit to work as Wiremen.
