9. Deviation during development. -
During the course of development work if any deviation from the sanctioned plan is intended to be made, permission of the Prescribed Authority shall be obtained before the proposed deviation is executed. It shall be incumbent upon every person, whose plans have been approved to submit amended plans for any deviation, he proposes to make.
