Section 4E(1) in Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961
(1)Each Planning Authority constituted under section 4C shall meet at such times and places and shall, subject to the provisions of sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be prescribed.
