11. Procedure at meetings of Faculty.
(1)The Chairman or, in his absence, the Vice-Chairman shall preside at every meeting of the Faculty and in the absence of both, the members present such elect one of themselves to preside at the meeting.(2)All questions at a meeting of the Faculty shall be decided by the votes of the majority of the members present and voting.(3)Three members of the Faculty shall form the quorum.(4)At every meeting of the Faculty, the Chairman for the time being shall, in addition to his vote as a member of the Faculty, have a second or casting vote in case of equality of votes.
