Section 11(1) in The Punjab State Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine Act, 1963
(1)The Chairman or, in his absence, the Vice-Chairman shall preside at every meeting of the Faculty and in the absence of both, the members present such elect one of themselves to preside at the meeting.
