Learned counsel for the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present matter is squarely covered by order in Mahatma Gandhi B.Sc. Nursing College v. State of Raj. & Ors.:
SBCW No.3962/2022 and other connected matters, decided on (Downloaded on 17/12/2022 at 12:35:50 AM) (2 of 2) [CW-19044/2022] 04.11.2022 and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be decided in light of the said order.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as in the case of Mahatma Gandhi B.Sc. Nursing College (supra).
