Section 22(1) in The Punjab Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(1)The employer shall constitute a Canteen Managing Committee which shall be constituted from time to time to -(a)the quality and quantity of food-stuffs to be served in the canteen;(b)the arrangement of the menus;(c)time of meals in the canteen; and(d)any other matter as may be directed by the committee.
