(20)"Deemed Generation" means the energy which a hydro power generating station was capable of generating but could not generate due to reasons beyond the control of the generating station or on account of non-availability of Transmission Licensee's transmission lines or on receipt of backing down instructions from the State Load Dispatch Centre resulting in spillage of water;
