(3)The functions and duties of the Finance Committee shall be as follows, namely :-(i)to examine and scrutinise the annual budget of the Sansthan and to make recommendation on financial matters to the General Council;(ii)to consider the periodical statements of accounts and to review the finances of the Sansthan from time to time and to consider reappropriation statement and audit reports and to make recommendations to the General Council;(iii)to give its views and to make recommendations to the General Council on any financial question affecting the Sansthan either on its own initiative or on reference from the General Council or the Director General.
