- In section 6 of the principal Act, -(a)in sub-section (1), -(i)in clause (ca), the words "the Reserve Bank," shall be omitted;(ii)in clause (d), for the words "two directors", the words "one director" shall be substituted;(b)in sub-section (2), for the words "in consultation with the Reserve Bank and directors'', the words ``the director" shall be substituted.
