Section 25 in The Marble Development And Conservation Rules, 2002
25. Protection of environment.
- Every holder of a prospective license or a lease shall take all possible precautions for the protection of environment and control of pollution while conducting prospecting, mining or processing of marble in the area for which such license or lease is granted.
