17. Termination or suspension of agency by notice.
(1)The appointment of an agent may be terminated by the competent authority at any time giving him one month's notice thereof in writing.(2)Nothing contained in this regulation shall effect the right of the competent authority to take action against the agent in terms of regulations 16 and 19.
