Section 6(d) in Disposal of Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, controlled substances and conveyances after their seizure, the officers who shall dispose them of and the manner of their disposal
(d)advise the respective investigation officers or supervisory officers on the steps to be initiated for expeditious disposal.
