Section 36(1) in The M.P. Workmen's Compensation Rules, 1962
(1)If the Commissioner proposes to conduct a local inspection with a view to examining on the spot the circumstances in which an accident took place, he shall give the parties or their representative notice of his intention lo conduct such inspection, unless in his opinion the urgency of the case renders the giving of such notice impracticable.
