(5)In the first year of the implementation of these regulations, the Designated ISTS Customers and Transmission Licensees shall submit the Injection / Demand data, network data and Yearly Transmission Charge data to the implementing agency not later than 60 days of the notification of these regulations in formats provided by Implementing Agency ;
