Section 7(1)(xiv) in Jharkhand Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017

(xiv)On receipt of a written complaint by the Committee in respect of any offence having been committed against a child in need of care and protection, Board shall pass appropriate orders within 15 days from receipt of such written complaint and a copy of such order shall be sent to the Committee concerned for its information and record;
