11. Regulatory fee.
(1)Every recognised stock exchange shall pay the regulatory fee in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India(Regulatory Fee on Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 2006.(2)Every recognised clearing corporation shall pay the regulatory fee as the Board may specify.
