Section 39(1) in The Jaunsar-Bawar Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956
(1)The Compensation Commissioner and the Assistant Compensation Commissioner shall perform such duties and exercise such powers of supervision and superintendence over the work of Compensation Officer as may be prescribed.
