Section 242H(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)The recommendations of the Gram Panchayats, made in such manner as may be prescribed, shall be taken into consideration prior to grant of prospecting licence or mining lease, for minor minerals in the Scheduled Areas.
