Section 22(a) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Recruitment, Control and Service Conditions of Staff) Regulations, 2004
(a)The posting of staff members, at any time, shall be as decided by the Commission in any post, not lower in the scale of pay than the post for which the staff member w as recruited.
