Section 10(2)(v) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1970

(v)an allowance not exceeding Rs. 75/- per month shall be paid towards the cost of special diet, if any, prescribed by the Authorised Medical Attendant to the Government servant (whose pay does not exceed [Rs. 16500/- (per month)] [Substituted 'Rs. 6700/- (per month)' by Notification No. G.S.R. 95, dated 12.9.2008 (w.e.f. 19.2.1970).] subject to the production of a certificate signed by the Government servant and countersigned by the Medical Officer attending on him in Form 'B' given in Appendix 8.
