Section 60(2) in The Haryana Canal and Drainage Act, 1974
(2)No suit or other legal preceding shall lie against the State Government or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules or orders made thereunder.
