Section 60 in The Haryana Canal and Drainage Act, 1974
60. Protection of action taken in good faith.
(1)No suit prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules or orders made thereunder.(2)No suit or other legal preceding shall lie against the State Government or any other person in respect of any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or rules or orders made thereunder.
