Section 28 in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
28. Powers, functions and duties of the Chairman.
- The Chairman shall-(a)preside over the meeting of the Council;(b)be responsible for the maintenance of the records of the Council;(c)exercise such other powers, perform such other functions and discharge such other duties as the Council may, by general or special resolution, direct.
