Section 1 in The Orissa Cattle and Poultry Feed (Regulation) Act, 1979
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Cattle and Poultry Feed (Regulation) Act, 1979.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.(3)It shall [come into force on such date as] [The Act came into force w.e.f., 31.11.1979 vide Notification No. 12992-EAH/27.7.1981.] the State Government may, by notification, appoint in that behalf.
