Section 1(3) in The Orissa Cattle and Poultry Feed (Regulation) Act, 1979
(3)It shall [come into force on such date as] [The Act came into force w.e.f., 31.11.1979 vide Notification No. 12992-EAH/27.7.1981.] the State Government may, by notification, appoint in that behalf.
