Section 9(1) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Wheeling Tariff and Retail Supply Tariff) Regulations, 2011
(1)The Commission shall process the filings made by the Distribution Licensee in accordance with these Regulations and the Conduct of Business Regulations.
