150. Drilling fluid system .-(1) The drilling fluid system shall be designed in such a manner that it will mix, store, circulate and clean a sufficient volume of drilling fluid with the necessary properties to ensure the drilling fluid's drilling and barrier functions.
(2)The high pressure part of the drilling fluid system with associated systems shall in addition have capacity and working pressure to be able to control the well pressure at all times.(3)Availability of sufficient quantity of drilling fluid weighting material to subdue the well at any time during the drilling operation shall be ensured.
