Section 15(1) in The Orissa Forest Rest House Occupation Rules, 1983
(1)Officers or others who may occupy Rest Houses are required to keep and leave them clean. If they have no servants of their own or cannot themselves arrange for doing so, they will pay the Chowkidar Rs. 0.50 for each day or portion of day occupancy in addition to the usual fee and the latter will strange to keep the Rest Houses clean and be responsible that it is kept clean.
