Section 52(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018
(1)The Presiding Officer shall at the close of the poll prepare a ballot paper account in Form XXV and place it in a separate cover with the words "Ballot Paper Account" superscribed thereon.
