(4)The members of the Academic Council shall not be entitled to receive any remuneration from the Vishwavidyalaya except such sitting fees, daily and travelling allowances as may be prescribed :Provided that nothing contained in the sub-section shall preclude any member from drawing his normal emoluments or allowances to which he is entitled by virtue of the office he holds.
